Join us for a dynamic, one-day executive education program designed to equip leaders with proven tools and insights to foster innovation within their teams. The program starts in the morning with an experiential activity that looks at team dynamics and examines the advantages of teams over individuals in decision-making. In the afternoon, we will delve into the pivotal role safe spaces play in unlocking the full potential of individuals and teams. Participants will gain insights into what defines safe spaces, identify common barriers to their establishment, and explore actionable strategies to cultivate them within their organizations.
